Christmas. I’m sure one of the most loved holidays ever. Christmas fills our souls and streets with lights and Christmas spirits. I get that Christmas mood from November. Christmas music, lights, snow and joyful people around me give me so much happiness. Our family usually decorates house after 17 of December. The streets of Yerevan are decorated with lights hanging from the trees and of course the big Christmas tree in the Republic Square. It had the same design for years and I really hope this year it will be changed. I just got home and I noticed that the city has already started decorating the streets. Shops are full of Christmas ornaments and I can’t wait to go for Christmas shopping! Gifts. I’m always excited to buy gifts for my friends, parents and siblings. Of course it’s hard to find the perfect gift for them, but at least it gives me pleasure to make them happy. Every year we go to Tsaghkadzor or to a similar place with our family friends. I’m really excited for that, because you know how awesome it is to stay in a hotel with your best friends and have a good time together. So Christmas and new year are my favorite holidays and I’m sure everyone likes this holidays.

We watched a TedTalk, where a girl talked about her difficult way to success. The story was about racism and discrimination. I really respect her. She was a mixed kid, half Mexican half Kurdish and she was bullied at school. Her key to success became knowledge. She read many books in English in hope to learn it better. Sooner she moved to Mexico by herself. She applied for many jobs and got refused by many places. Later she was invited to a job interview. The interviewer accepted her and when the girl asked why from all the resumes he chose her, he answered “For your knowledge”. There she understood that knowledge is the best tool and the strongest power. She was judged by her appearance and her goal was to change it. She became an idol for many people around the world and in Mexico. People were saying that she’s very strong but they never knew what she was really going thru. When she was crying in her office, when she wanted to give up, she was asking herself why is she here. I think that she got what she wanted and I really appreciate her for her strong will.
Summary
Recently I’ve started reading a book called “Mobby D.” by Herman Melville. I paused on the 5th chapter, but I’m sure I’ll finish it soon. It has 10 chapters. At Lington, where I learn english, we have a reading lesson. We chose a book in english, read it during 3 weeks or less and discuss it. I liked this book a lot. Even though I’ve read only 5 chapters. It’s about a young man, who had a dream to go whaling on a ship. This is an adventurous story that may interest people who like adventures and mysterious plot twists. Names of people are quite hard to remember but the plot is very interesting. The person tells the story from his name, so sometimes it feels like you are the main character of the book. I’m interested and I’ll tell my general opinion about the book.
Lost in the ocean
This is a mysterious story about our trip in Sevan
We were in the boat in Sevan lake. Sevan seamed bigger and bigger. We understood that is not Sevan. How we understood? The fishes are larger then in Sevan, we noticed also some turbulent situation because there were many waves. We had one compass and by him we understood that we are in ocean` Atlantic Ocean. We all started worry. But than we noticed something giant, something huge. It was like a shark but it was bigger than white shark it was very big. We taught that there are 2 or even 3 shark and than when we watch to the water we understood that it was Megaladon. The giant shark that had died 5 millions years ago. It was giant, and it was terrible. The boat started to move. Megaladon come out from the water and turned over our boat. We were in the water with Megaladon we started to cry. No we started to cry when we understood that there was Megaladon. But the monster just go away he had turned over our boat and went away. We saw an island it was small but we started to swim to reach that island. Because we afraid that Megaladon will return. Also the water was very cold. We reach it. We were very happy. But in the morning we hadn’t any food but we have hunting riffle because we were trying to kill Megaladon and Megaladon was trying to kill us but no matter. We started to shot to the small fishes also we could get a fire so we ate tasty fishes. We hadn’t any opportunity to connect with someone and ask for help. But on the island there were many trees. We started to broke the trees we wanted to make a big fire like a sign. Finally one boat noticed us and called for help. We got home and we were very happy that we were alive. And this story is made up 🙂

Project “Movies”
There are many movie jeners like horror, drama, comedy, documentary and more. But my favorite jeners are drama, horror, comedy and adventure. I don’t like comedies much but sometimes I to watch just for fun. My favorite drama movie is “The fault in our stars”. My favorite actor is Cole Sprouse. I also like serials. I usually watch Netflix serials. My favorite serials are “Riverdale”, “13 reasons why” and “The end of the f world”. My most favorite movies are “We bought a zoo”, “The fault in our stars”, “The game plan” and more. I prefer watching movies at the cinema, but sometimes when I am too lazy to go to the cinema I watch movies at home. But I love watching serials at home.
